Our services include solar system design, procurement, installation, commissioning and after-sales support. Site assessments and quotations are estimates and may vary based on actual site conditions.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed after a technical site survey and may be adjusted for changes in scope, material costs, or regulatory requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, diagrams, logos and text, is the property of Helios Natural and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Helios Natural is not liable for delays or performance variances caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, grid availability, or third-party approvals.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Equipment is covered under manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of purchase. Workmanship warranties are provided separately as outlined in your service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice periods and conditions specified in the signed contract for that project.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
